In less than three (3) months the Newport Rowing Club went from just a dream to a full-fledged rowing club with a new fleet of boats, boathouse, launches, top of the line oars, a coaching staff of 4 coaches and more than 45 rowers from middle schools and high schools in Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, and New Jersey.

Our inaugural fall season had NRC competing in regattas along the Christina River in Wilmington (Head of the Christina), Boathouse Row (Navy Day, Frostbite, and Bill Braxton), Boston (Head of the Charles), and Chattanooga (Head of the Hooch). We hope you enjoy this video that celebrates our first season as the Newport Rowing Club.
