High School
The High School Rowing program provides a fun, yet competitive and inclusive environment for athletes in 9th - 12th* grade looking to excel in the sport of rowing. Practices will primarily consist of training on the water; however NRC supports all aspects of athlete developing the minds, bodies, and character of student athletes. This includes training sessions focused not on strength, mobility, and fitness, but also teamwork, discipline, and resilience.
*8th grade athletes with two seasons of middle school rowing experience may row and compete with the high school team.
