My daughter had a great time at your Learn to Row Camp last summer.  She particularly enjoyed the fact that it was a relatively small group that hung out together.  She enjoyed spending time with the experienced rowers who served as counselors as well as the time spent with coaches.  That is  an intimacy she's not used to with swimming, and I think it allowed her to warm up to the coaching staff quickly.
